Abstracts

The SIOP Europe Annual Meeting is a joint meeting of different clinical trial groups focused on networking and collaboration, abstract submission is not possible for this meeting and the programme is put together by the Scientific Committee in collaboration with SIOPE Groups, the European Clinical Trial Groups and other Partners.

Guest Attendance Policy

The SIOP Europe Annual Meeting is exclusively reserved for registered attendees.  Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all areas and this will be strictly enforced. During the meeting your badge may be scanned outside session auditoria by SIOP Europe for operational and statistical purposes.

Certificate of Attendance

SIOP Europe will apply for EACCME® points. All registered delegates will be entitled to an EACCME® Certificate and the Certificate of Attendance which are available for download after completing the online evaluation form. An e-mail with further instructions will be sent on Thursday 7 May 2026.

Accreditation  ‘Prerichiesta AIFA’ for Italian Pharmaceutical Companies

Insurance & Liability

The organisers do not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance during the SIOP Europe 2026 Annual Meeting. Participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Language and Translation

English is the official language of the meeting. Simultaneous interpretation will not be available.

Passport and Visa

Registration

Registration for SIOP Europe 2026 Annual Meeting will occur via the Annual Meeting website and open in January 2026. All SIOP Europe and SIOP members, European tumour and clinical trial group members, parent groups, survivors, and relevant healthcare professionals with a common interest in paediatric haemato-oncology are kindly invited to register to the Annual Meeting via the Annual Meeting website. 

Industry sessions

The Industry session organisers are solely responsible for keeping any of its industry sessions activities compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. SIOP Europe is not involved with or has any control over the content, quality, organisation, operation, scientific integrity of the activity and materials provided by the industries. SIOP Europe is not involved in the selection of speakers, moderators and other faculty of these sessions. 

As a multidisciplinary audience will be attending the meeting, please make sure to select the right category, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Prescriber, and Non-Healthcare Professionals (NON-HCPs), during the registration process.
